The bedroom has a queen sized Nectar mattress, and nightstands with usb and power outlets in the top of the nightstands. The second bedroom has a desk, dresser, and chair. The side yard is fenced in, perfect for dogs. Plenty of free street parking. Absolutely no smoking. A fixed term lease will be signed for the timeframe that you need (few weeks or a few months) with the ability to extend if discussed in advance. This rate is available through May 2024, will be increased if you need to stay through the summer. Pets are allowed. Smoking is not allowed.
