Bedroom 1 - Queen Bedroom 2 - 2 Twins $2000 a month plus utilities Available December 1st, 2023 - April 1st, 2024. propane, oil, electric, cable and internet, trash and snow removal is tenants responsibility. 1st last and security (3 months total) needed for move in. 650+ credit score, income verification and clean criminal background check will be required. $50 application fee no smoking on property.
