Owner pays for water. Renter is responsible for gas and electric. First and security due at signing. No smoking allowed. Small pets (up to 20 pounds) permitted. With prior permission, cats and dogs (no other pets) with a 20-pound grown weight limit are allowed in some units. Depending on breed some larger dogs are allowed in specified units. No trampolines or fire pits of any kind may be used on the grounds. No open fires of any kind are allowed.
