This listing is for 1.5 bedroom apartment on second floor. Rear bedroom is approximately 11.5 x 7. Front room / office space/ bedroom can fit a twin size bed comfortably, but is smaller with measurements of approximately 7 x 7. Floors, kitchen & bathroom have been updated with new dishwasher. Comes with central air AC & heat. I will pay for water utility, but tenant will be responsible for the gas & light bill due to the tenant having the ability to control their own thermostat for the AC & heater. I have No laundry area in the complex. I apologize in advance, BUT ABSOLUTELY NO PETS ARE ALLOWED. I WILL NOT ACCEPT ANY CHA / section 8 vouchers. Monthly lease is $1700 per month for a total of $3400 with initial deposit. All interested parties must be able to prove income & credit check. Credit Must be above 720. Owner pays water, Renter is responsible for gas & electricity utilities. Last month, rent is due at signing of lease, for a total of $3200. First lease will be set for 1 1/2 years ( 18 months ). We take pride of having a smoke - free environment, so NO SMOKING IS ALLOWED in the premises. Street parking only. This area has permit parking, so once you change your address you can request for residential permit parking sticker and visitor stickers from City of Chicago office.
