This has been a musician friendly apartment for over twenty years. Owned and managed by a professional musician. Not intended for loud band rehearsals, but a great place for private practice in a musician friendly 3 flat. Lot's of backyard space! Up to 2 pets. Only 1 small dog. This listing does not include parking, but can be added for an additional monthly fee when you inquire. Other off-street parking may be available to for $75 a month. This apartment has just been remodeled with new floors, new kitchen backsplash, new bathroom. One of the bedrooms is extra long and could accomodate two people. It has an in-unit laundry room with large capacity high end washer and dryer. This is a very quiet block and only a couple minute walk into the logan square shopping and entertainment life. All applicants must verify employment and be approved through a credit and background check. Good credit with a score around 670 or higher. I use Zillow for the application process. Please inquire for a showing! Tenant pays a security deposit equal to one month's rent at lease signing. 1st montht's rent due at lease signing. This apartment could accomodate up to three adults if two adults share the extra large (long) bedroom. The other bedroom is best for only 1 person. Each bedroom has large closet space. Please use Zillow for your application and share it with me. I only work with prospective tenants that have scheduled a showing (virtual or in-person) with me. Tenant pays gas and electric bill. Landlord pays water and garbage. All prospective tenants must have a minimum credit score of 670 or provide a co-signor (co-applicant) I will review your application in several steps.
