Married couples can apply and qualify jointly; all others must apply and qualify individually. Anyone 18 years of age or older who will reside in the apartment must apply and qualify. Applications will be available at scheduled showings; there is a $30 fee per application submitted. You must meet all of the above stated qualifications to schedule a showing.
