Residents pay for all utilities: Electric and Gas through MidAmerican Energy; and a portion of Water/Sewer/Trash/Pest Control is billed monthly with rent. Apartments feature baseboard heat and have a space for the resident to provide window air conditioning. Pet-friendly, no breed restrictions. No more than 2 pets per apartment home. Initial pet fee ($200 for first pet, $100 for the second) and monthly pet rent ($30/mo. per pet) apply. There is a New Lease Administrative Fee of $70 applied to each approved household to be paid at or before move in.
