This two-bedroom apartment is in a quiet neighborhood with tree-lined streets just 5 minutes from campus and downtown. Plenty of windows let in sunlight throughout the year. Hardwood floors add a warm appeal. The apartment is on the second floor of a fourplex and has two entries, one from a shared deck directly to the kitchen, the other through the front door of the building. In the basement each tenant has a large locked storage area. Each tenant can rent a washer and dryer for their exclusive use (a small fee applies). There is one off-street parking space for each apartment and additional parking on the street. A small bicycle shed is shared among tenants who own bicycles. Smoking is not permitted on the property, which includes the parking lot and garden areas. Tenants pay for the utilities: Electric, gas, water and sewer. The charge for water and sewer is $50 if one person lives there, $75 for two persons. Gas and electric are paid directly to the utility companies and the amounts depend on usage. Tenants move their trash containers to the street once a week for pick-up. Up to two cats are allowed for an additional monthly fee. Smoking is not permitted on the property
