It is located 2blocks off of Napoleon Avenue at 2640 Milan Street, on the corner of Milan and Magnolia Street. This sanctuary is a colorful, cozy, warm and inviting hideaway of comfort, peacefulness and good energy. It is comprised of 950(plus) square feet of space, created with the specific intent of making the traveling and hard-working professional seeking short term accommodations feel welcome, at ease and at home. The Magnolia Retreat is part of a spacious 80year old property designed with off street parking, a large master bedroom suite, 1 king size bed(linens are not provided-there are 4king size pillows that have protective covers and the mattress has 3protective covers as well), 2 bathrooms with walk in showers(no bathtubs-towels are not provided), a work desk with a laptop stand, wireless keyboard and mouse, free Wi-fi, electricity included and water/sewerage and sanitation services are included with a cap of $300 per/month(if the cap is exceeded, additional charges are added to the monthly rental fee). There is a stacked washer and dryer, large walk-in closet, a cozy den with a sofa, armchair and 50inch flat screen smart LG TV, and a fully furnished kitchen with a full size electric range stove/oven, microwave, Keurig coffee maker and a built-in high bar that is perfect for breakfast, lunch and dinner. And 1 monthly general cleaning service is also provided. We are located in a historical part of the Uptown New Orleans area; 10minutes away from the NOLA City Business District, 5-7 minutes away from a grocery store, 8 blocks away from a major Mardi Gras parade route, 30 minutes away from the airport, 2 blocks away from Ochsner Baptist hospital, less than 5miles away from 4-5 other hospitals (Touro Infirmary, Tulane Medical Center, Children's Hospital, Southern Louisiana Veterans Health Care System, University Medical Center), and 4 blocks away from a CVS, Walgreens and The Freret Street "foodie" row of assorted neighborhood eateries (High Hat Cafe, Acropolis, Sarita's, Ancora Pizzeria, The Company Burger, The Mojo Coffee House, Rook Cafe, Starbucks, Rouses Grocery Store, Mint Modern Vietnamese, Blaze Pizza, Dat Dog and a few others).
