The guesthouse has its own private parking area and was uniquely designed for privacy from the main house. One bedroom, one bath, fully furnished with second level, private deck. Sleeps 4. Available to rent for 1-6 months. Home is furnished. Utilites and internet included. Some dogs may be accepted for a pet fee. No smoking is permitted inside the home. 30 day minimum. We do not currently have a year long lease available. This is a furnished, mid-term rental and we offer stays of 1-6 months.
