The security deposit is one month's rent. If rented on a six-month or one-year lease, there is a minimum 3% cost of living increase at the end of the lease term unless waived by the managing agent. Tenant Requirements: There is a $40 application fee for all persons who apply that are 18 and over. Credit scores of all applicants need to be in good standing with no delinquencies (our office will run credit, criminal background, sex offender, and eviction checks) Couple applicants must make a combined income of at least two times the rental rate; roommates must each qualify independently for the unit. Tenants must obtain renter's insurance and show West Hawaii Property Services, Inc. as an interested party. Tenant will be responsible for electricity in their name before move-in.
