Renting a snug studio apartment with all utilities included (electric, gas, water/sewer, garbage) except phone, cable, and internet. We'll be doing work when the tenant moves out at the end of August to make some upgrades. Available around November 1. This is a beautiful property with 12 different apartments. It is in a safe neighborhood that is walkable to many downtown businesses, restaurants, etc. The tenants tend to appreciate peace and quiet, which has led to a very pleasant atmosphere across the property. Free street parking is available. The lease is for a minimum of 12 months, and the security deposit is equal to one month of rent. The security deposit and first month of rent must be available when applying to rent the apartment. No pets are allowed; exceptions may be made for cats that are fixed but additional fees/deposit will apply. We require a tenant application to be filled out before viewing to ensure a good mutual fit. Please reach out if you have any questions.
