The $40 application fee includes a credit check and background check. NO smoking, vaping, marijuana, illicit drug use allowed. Small pets may be negotiable depending on the situation with a non-refundable pet fee. Non-refundable cleaning fee of $250. Refundable security deposit of $2000. Minimum 30 day lease required.
