This apartment is brand new, never lived in, on the first floor (walk out basement) of our home with it's own entrance (sidewalk to the back yard and through the sliding door). There are a lot of windows and light with great views of the back patio and yard to open space and a lake behind the house. It has an open floor plan with a large living area, dining room and kitchen. The designer kitchen comes fully equipped with a large sink, dishwasher, gas cook top, refrigerator, microwave/convection oven, and a large pantry. Off the main living space there is one bathroom with a shower. There is a spacious office with large glass french doors that provide great views of the backyard. There are 2 large bedrooms, each having a walk-in closet, and a jack and jill bath between them with 2 sinks and tub/shower combo. Tons of storage space and a full washer and dryer are also included. The backyard will be shared and includes a large cement patio, gas fire pit, patio furniture, and hot tub. We have 2 dogs who will use the backyard. You are welcome to have your own cat and/or dog as long as they get along with us and our dogs. We are a couple (empty nesters age 49&55) who are both working professionals that travel a lot.
