Winter Monthly Rates Available December - February Perched on the Gulf on Okaloosa Island, this three-bedroom, two-bathroom waterfront condo is a vacationer's dream. Dine al fresco on the second-story balcony with partial views of the Gulf, or spend sun-soaked days in the complex pools (one of which is heated seasonally). Walk just two minutes to the beach. During your stay at the Azure, you will also enjoy access to other complex amenities, including two hot tubs and a splash pad. LIVING AREA Relax in style in the open living area, furnished with a sofa and two chairs. Make some popcorn and watch a new movie on the 55-inch cable TV and DVD player. KITCHEN AND DINING The chef in your group will appreciate the modern kitchen, equipped with a full suite of stainless steel appliances. When your culinary creations are complete, dine together at the table set for six. Or, sip morning coffee at the kitchen bar with seating for three. BEDROOMS AND BATHS This one-story condo sleeps up to eight guests, with three bedrooms and a queen sleeper sofa in the living area. Find quiet privacy in the master suite, furnished with a king bed and 32-inch cable TV and DVD player. An en-suite master bathroom features two vanities, a water closet, a walk-in shower, and a jetted tub. The master has direct access to the balcony. A second bedroom is outfitted with a comfortable king bed and a 32-inch cable TV. A second en suite bathroom, also accessible from the hallway, features a tub/shower combination. A third bedroom is furnished with a twin-over-twin bunk bed and a 32-inch cable TV. OUTDOOR AREAS Enjoy peekaboo views of the Gulf from the second-story balcony, furnished with table seating for four. Soak up the sun at two sparkling complex pools (six feet deep), or relax on a poolside lounger while the kids play on the splash pad. In the evening, treat yourself to a soak in one of two shared hot tubs. EXTRA AMENITIES AND MORE DETAILS Guest amenities include complimentary WiFi, a washer/dryer, and unassigned parking for two vehicles in the complex parking lot. (Parking is available on a first-come, first-serve basis.) This second-level home is accessible via an elevator. No stairs are required inside the condo. THE LOCATION Walk just minutes to the beach from this waterfront condo! Easily walk to an abundance of local eateries and convenient amenities, or explore a plethora of shops and dining options, including The Crab Trap and AJ's Beach Club, just one mile away at The Boardwalk. Find fun for the whole family at the Gulfarium Marine Adventure Park, Wild Willy's Adventure Zone, and Okaloosa Island Fishing Pier, all within one mile. Visit Island Watersports Company (one mile away) for all of your recreational needs, including parasailing; pontoon, kayak, paddleboard, and jet ski rentals; and dolphin-watch tours. 13% tax will be added to rental rate. $250 Admin/Processing fee due at time of booking.
