Minimum Criteria: Three (3) times the rent and reoccurring charges (water, sewer, trash, parking) in provable gross income/employment (combined income of all residents) Two (2) years (or more) of favorable, consistent and verifiable rental history Other fees: Pet Fee (under 25# and non-aggressive) is $400 for 1; $600 for 2 The resident pays Electricity and cable/Internet separately The monthly Water/Sew/Trash is: $100; $10 each additional resident Floor Care fee $125 Deposit is $810 for any apartment Application fee is $67 per person 18 years and older **Must earn 3 times the amount of rent/utilities in take gross income ** 2 or more years of employment history ** 2 or more years of favorable rental history Other charges: Pet Fee (under 25# and non-aggressive) is $400 for 1; $600 for max of two pets per home (No Pet Rent!)
