Chisholm Soul consists of a small number of income restricted single-family homes for rent, located in the mountain town of Alma Colorado just north of Fairplay. These homes are 3BR/2BA, with washer/dryer (in select units) and garage parking. 2 pets are allowed, 65 lbs max each. Please note: These homes are income-restricted with maximum income levels based on the number of occupants and total combined income. There is a 12 month lease minimum and photos may not be representative of all homes. These homes are also available for self showings, just book a tour below.
