This apartment is located in the lower half of a single family home, so you do have access to a yard with horseshoe pits and there's plenty of room for 3-4 vehicles. Rent = $3,900 per month, plus tenant pays all utilities including gas, electric, snowplowing (required), TV and internet, roughly an additional $300 per month on average through the year. 3 people max. No Pets, No Parties, No smoking. 10-12 month lease ONLY, multiple years preferred, please do not bother asking about a shorter lease term. Two months of security deposit plus first month's rent required up front prior to moving in.
