Anyone 18 and over must be approved on background and credit. No evictions, past due utilities, felonies, or certain misdemeanors. $40 application fee, if approved, we apply that to your deposit, if not approved, we return it. PET POLICY: We allow ONE dog up to 20 lbs or ONE cat, they are an additional $50 a month, with $100 of the deposit becoming non-refundable. Stop by our office M-F 8-5 pm to sign out the keys to take a look at the unit.
