Fully furnished condo in Morrison, Colorado 4 miles from downtown Morrison and 5 miles from Red Rocks Amphitheater. We are on a cul-de-sac so the only traffic we have is bike traffic. The trail system continues at the end of our street. We are a short walk or ride to Soda Lake, Bear Creek Lake Park and Reservoir. We have miles of paved trails and mountain bike trails right out the front door. I am gone the month of November, so you will have the place to yourself. One bedroom, bathroom, living space, kitchen, sizable balcony. I prefer a female, non -smoker, no pets. There is a bus stop at the end of the street and light rail access a few miles away. Easy access to I70, Golden, Evergreen and Boulder. I will be in and out of town for the month, but have made arrangements to stay elsewhere. The place is yours to enjoy. If the situation works, am open to an extension or other dates. *ALSO HAVE A NEW EV JEEP WRANGLER I AM TURO-ing, & can negotiate terms if a car is needed. Owner covers all bills including utilities, water, trash and internet. The complex is quiet and mostly owners . I want you to be comfortable and enjoy, but this is a very chill complex. The tenant must adhere to HOA rules which I will provide. Pretty standard. Ideal tenant is a female and a non-smoker. A pet can be considered based on deposit and pet. Owner areas will be locked and should not be accessed. These areas will be secured and will review during walk through the. Friends (3-4) are okay but no parties. If an individual is not on the lease, no multi night sleepovers without prior approval. All usage of amenities are based on a single persons use. There is parallel parking on the street out front, and a parking lot behind the building with plenty of spots. Lease is for the month of November (11/1-11/30, December is a possibility). Tenant can have access after 3:00pm on 11/1 and will vacate by 11:00am on 11/30 unless otherwise arranged. Any additional charges outside of basic wifi, electric, water, trash will be the tenants responsibility to settle prior to move out. There is the possibility to arrange future dates or extend stay. *I have a 2023 EV Jeep Wrangler that I am Turo-ing if you need a vehicle.
