It's a short, easy walk to Whole Foods, Safeway, Sebastopol's excellent farmer's market, Sebastopol Library, Sebastopol Center for the Arts, Ives Park (pool), Rialto Cinema, and the many restaurants, taprooms, and small shops in the Barlow. Very close to West County bike trails. The studio cottage is tastefully furnished with a queen bed, couch, coffee table, table with 2 chairs, tv, and kitchenette (mini fridge, toaster oven, microwave, kettle, and built-in 2-burner electric cooktop), and has everything you need for your stay. The bathroom has been nicely remodeled and has a walk-in shower.. The backyard has a deck, picnic table, and string lights for evenings outside, sipping Sonoma County wine. Shorter lease is possible (3 months), but longer lease preferred (6-12 months+) Rent includes utilities. Well-behaved pets are negotiable, with pet deposit. No smoking on the property. Parking is on the street but it's free and easy (you can easily park in front of the house). This place is great for a tidy, single occupant or quiet couple.
