The house is located a short walking distance from multiple medical facilities with everything else you could possibly need nearby or a short drive away. The house is located on a quiet side street with minimal foot and road traffic just a few short blocks from the Blessing Hospital campus. Local restaurants and businesses are within walking distance, and there is a nearby bus stop. This apartment is a 2 bedroom, 2 bath unit fully furnished with everything you'll need for a week-long or a year-long stay. This unit sleeps four adults comfortably in the two Queen beds. Bedroom 1 has a private bathroom suite and is nestled in the rear of the house. Both bedrooms have walk-in closets, TVs, desks, blackout curtains, ceiling fans, and additional seating to allow for private work or alone time. The kitchen, living room, and dining areas are situated between the bedrooms located at opposite ends of the house. The apartment has Hi-Speed Wifi, Smart TVs in both bedrooms, a dishwasher, washer/dryer in unit, iron and ironing board, central cooling and heating, desks in each bedroom, alarm clocks, ceiling fans in bedrooms, blackout curtains in bedrooms, walk-in closets, hairdryer, off-street parking. TVs support Chromecast and Apple AirPlay and have an OTA digital antenna for local channels. There is a dedicated single vehicle off-street parking with ample on-street parking adjacent to the house on both N 13th St and College Ave. House Rules No parties or events allowed. No smoking. No pets allowed. No unregistered guests allowed. Please do not eat or drink in the bedrooms. Please respect the check-in (4 p.m.) and check-out (10 a.m.) times. Please do not rearrange the furniture and take care to not cause damage to the furnishings. You are responsible for paying for any damages not covered by the security deposit. Please do your dishes. Please take the trash out before you leave and place it in the cans. Quiet hours are between 9 p.m. and 7 a.m. Kitchen There is no garbage disposal - please throw all organic matter in the trash can. Please do not clean the stovetop with anything other than a soft sponge or cloth. The cleaning solution is Simple Green All Purpose cleaner and safe to use on all surfaces. There is a fire extinguisher located under the sink. Appliances Breaker panel is located in the basement along the far wall. There is a key to the basement door located in the drawer to the right of the dishwasher. Garbage and Recycling Please place trash bags in the orange bins located on the back patio. Parking and Vehicles Parking for a single vehicle is available in the driveway behind the house.
