Rental Requirements: Good Credit standing based on Experian Credit Reporting Agency. No judgments, evictions, or collection accounts from any rental home within the last forty eight (48) months. Income must be two (2) times the monthly rental amount. Applicant must have a minimum of one (1) year employment history with a minimum of six (6) months at the current employment. Applicant must have a minimum of one (1) year of good rental history. An additional security deposit of up to one (1) month's rent may be required based on qualifications.
