The house is located at the end of a quiet street in Kirkwood, just down the street from the Pullman Yard and an easy stroll to downtown Kirkwood shops and restaurants. You can enjoy your morning coffee on your own private porch. The yard is very large and the whole property is fenced in, with parking for one car inside the gate. We are right above the trolley line trail for fresh air and exercise. There are fig, peach, mulberry, and plum trees, and a thriving muscadine on the property, so if your timing is lucky you may be able to pick yourself a snack! We have soft towels, 100% cotton high thread-count linens, washer/dryer in the apartment, and a smart TV. Kitchen has everything you need to feel at home, with quartz countertops, dishwasher, pots and pans, utensils, coffee maker, and tableware. WFH: There is a desk, 1GB-speed fiber WiFi, and a quiet street. Apartment is fully furnished with a combination of vintage and new furnishings. UTILITIES ARE INCLUDED. About the location: Kirkwood is located just east of downtown Atlanta, and just west of Decatur, with super easy access to either via car, bike or Marta train. We are steps from the Pratt-Pullman Yard. Downtown Kirkwood is charming, with a coffee shop, and restaurants in easy walking distance. Just to our north side is newly paved access to the old trolley path, which provides a pleasant walk through the park, Arizona Soccer Fields, and a dog park. No smoking on property, please. Apartment is let fully furnished with all utilities included (except cable, which if desired would be the renter's responsibility). Yard service is provided. Apartment is upstairs and over the garage (see picture of garage to view apartment access stairway). Parking for one car is on the driveway outside the garage unless a separate agreement is reached regarding garage space. There is plentiful free street parking as well. Small dogs are allowed for an additional charge.
