This studio/mother-in-law suite is 432 sq feet and is attached to a mobile home via a porch. $700 a month + a $250 flat-fee for utilities that includes electricity, water, & sewer. It has new floors, a new bathroom, and a new kitchen. To initiate this lease, we will require the first month's rent, a security deposit, and the first month's utility fee, totaling $1,650. After this, your monthly rent will be $950-all inclusive-electricity, water and sewer. It is handicap accessible with a ramp coming to the front door. Renters insurance will be required. No pets. No smoking or vaping. No drugs or marijuana. There is no application fee, but each individual who will be listed on the lease must submit an application through Zillow for a background and credit check (Zillow charges $35 per person). Be prepared to provide your tax returns from last year, your last three pay stubs, and your last three months of bank statements.
