The neighborhood is family friendly and safe for all. No smoking or drugs of any kind on premises. Owner lives in unit next door, so privacy, quiet enjoyable living is of utmost importance. No subletting allowed, if tenant leaves for more than 5 days they need to contact landlord. Snow plowing and lawn mowing will be provided, landlord will need a key to car so that vehicle can be moved as needed. Renter is responsible for snow removal on walkway and porch. Small dogs under 25 lbs allowed with approval and require a $500 deposit, subject to security deposit and house rules. All dog waste must be immediately picked up and disposed of. No continuous barking. Disposable products such as toilet paper, paper towels, soap, cleaners, etc. are the responsibility of the renter. Early termination of lease subject to a $1000 fee.
