- All appliances are furnished (fridge, stove, clothes washer and dryer). - The apartment has central heating and air conditioning. - There is carpet in the living room and hardwoods in the bedrooms and hall. - This property is close to shopping, restaurants, schools and bus line. - This is an upstairs unit. - Gas heat, water heater and cook stove. - Tenant is responsible for lights, gas and water. - If you are interested in viewing the property you will need to text/email/upload a copy of your driver's license and you will receive a code to the door. - Applicants have the opportuity to choose between a one or two year lease. - Tenant is responsible for lights, gas and water. - There are no dogs allowed. - $200 cat deposit and $25 per month cat rent.
