Renter responsible for all utilities, or owner can carry for extra $200 monthly fee. Dogs okay upon approval. No cats. Monthly pet fee of $50. Can be compounded and taken from security deposit upon request. One time cleaning fee of $300, can also be taken out of security deposit and any unused amount returned with remaining amount of security deposit. No smoking. No vaping. One car garage.
