A nice, clean, and comfortable place on a quiet street with friendly neighbors. This is an upper unit duplex that I personally lived in for 2 years and enjoyed very much. There is shared parking in the driveway so one spot is available on the left for the upper unit and the other side is reserved for the lower unit. There's plenty of street parking on a low traffic street as well. The backyard is shared but there's plenty of space to enjoy the peaceful area. A storage shed is available for each unit. I accept dogs during the prescreening process to make sure it's a good fit. Owner pay gas, water and trash. Renter is responsible to pay electricity and internet. There is no smoking inside the house. Dogs are negotiable - case by case. Renter is to be respectful of other tenant and neighbors, this is a quiet and family friendly street. Credit and background check will be reviewed.
