Utilities are included, internet is included and there is a shared laundry onsite. kitchen cookware, utensils, etc. are included as well as linens for 2 queen beds. Ready to move in! Open to short term (1 month minimum) or long term stays up to a year. If you are looking for unfurnished it will take a bit to clean the place out and rent is the same.
