Open House on Saturday, 11 AM to 1 PM, October 21 Our apartment is on the first floor (about ten feet above the ground, up a short stairway). We have four apartments in the building. In August of 2023, we rented out two other apartments within the first week of our listing them. In other words, our apartments are popular and "priced below market," we have heard. Our unique Victorian-era building was built 130 years ago yet has been fully modernized, combining old-world charm with today's technologies and comforts. The property, inside and outside, is well maintained, complete with both towering cacti and lots of little amenities like our barbecue and bike shed. Furnished or Unfurnished Options You can choose if you want your apartment furnished (with our existing, nice furniture and furnishings) or unfurnished (empty and ready for your furniture). Or you can mix and match (choose what is best for you). There is no additional fee for using our furniture. The current tenant has use some of his own furniture, and some of the landlord's furniture. The larger living room is not shown but it has two large windows and a closet.
