This is designed for month to month stay. You will only deal with the owner to ensure your satisfaction. Month to month lease, stay as long as you like, all utilities & internet included, parking on the street, this is in the heart of downtown, just restored (2023) 10ft ceilings, national historic building, multiple restaurants, shopping, movie theatre, all in walking distance, no pets, no smoking in bldg, it is on the 2nd floor (1 staircase). Maximum occupancy of 2 persons. $1700 deposit, $100 fully refundable key deposit and $100 cleaning fee (non refundable) $1500 last months rent, if only staying 1 month it's fully refundable.
