At the mermaid cottage you will have no keys to worry about with our keyless entry you will have your personal entry code of your choice and can request a temporary code for guests The mermaid cottage is .7 MILES from the Largo Rec center where you can get a work out for $4 a day as a guest or $9/month membership (with proof of residency) ONE mile from the gorgeous Taylor park where you can have a picnic on a tiny island before getting on the Pinellas county 48 mile bike trail, 1.5 MILES from the Indian Rocks Coffee Mill where you can sip on your morning JO with the locals, SEVEN miles from the world famous Clearwater beach. The mermaid cottage is tucked in a quiet space only moments from many beautiful places to visit. One bedroom has a Queen size bed, Purple Mattress and bedding. The other two bedrooms each have 1 full size bed, purple mattress and bedding. (The photos are from a recent Air BnB listing important to note that the twin beds have been removed and the room now features 1 full size bed as stated) Kitchen is equipped with all the kitchen basics, to include a coffee maker, dishes, silverware and cookware. You will have Two parking spaces in front of the mermaid cottage and you can walk 50 feet to the public transportation bus stop. Brand new Washer alongside of a reliable dyer. Electric stove and side by side refrigerator. Move in costs = 1st and last month's rent plus security deposit. Application Fee $50 per adult (This fee covers background check) Landlord pays 1st $100 of the bimonthly water and trash costs. (This bill averages $225/every other month and covers trash pick-up twice a week and recycle pick up once a week) Pet policy can be discussed and would depend on references and conversation (No puppies and not cats)
