The unit is only a 7 min drive or a short bike ride to the old Thunderbolt Elementary production hub--and about the same distance to downtown. You're roughly 15 mins from anything in Savannah including our hospitals and port. This space is so conveniently located that you'll also be 1 mile from Whole Foods, Starbucks, Target, multiple laundromats, and The Truman Parkway. My husband and I have lived on this property on and off since 2007 and would have stayed in the neighborhood, had if offered a bit more space.
