Friends, I have a rental coming available mid-December. Rent 2100.00. If you have someone awaiting construction completion or moving to the area before buying, please let me know. In the heart of Westchase, this 2 bedroom/2 bath condo is close to just about everything Tampa has to offer. New carpet, paint, AC and so many amenities throughout the community. There are 2 pools, a gym, clubhouse, basketball court, and volleyball to use at your leisure. The community is very quiet, HOA guided, which helps keep the community safe, 24-hour security guard, gated, and 5 minutes from the Suncoast Parkway. The community is pet friendly, but there's very strict guidelines that must be followed by tenants with pets, weight limits, breeds, etc. This would be an ideal place for a young professional(s), not children. Each bedroom has a bathroom/walk-in closet/ ensuite. Please be patient because I receive a lot of emails/texts when I list the property. I will make a selection based on the best fit for the community/ background and credit check. The HOA runs the background and credit checks, so don't ask me if there's a workaround. Require 1 months' rent deposit due at signing. I'm the owner and do not use a third party for rental collection. All discussions regarding the property maintenance go strictly through me. Once I narrow down the applicants, I will select two for private showings. From that point, a selection will be made to proceed with background/ credit check.
