You will then enter the Barndo through double sliding glass doors that allow you to open up the room for seamless indoor/outdoor living. Inside you will find a new and beautifully decorated Barndominium. You will be met by a full kitchen with Pub table. Cozy living room with electric fireplace, 60" Smart TV, Queen size sofa bed and comfy sectional to watch movies or enjoy a beverage in front of the fire. Down the hall is a gorgeous bathroom with a large soaking tub, double shower head and double sink vanity. The bedroom has a Cal-King bedding, Down Comforter, large closet and 50" Smart TV. The bedroom also has a Slider that opens onto the private deck. All Utilities are paid for, private parking for 2 Cars, Located close to town, Vina Robles, Fair Grounds, Wineries and all that Paso Robles has to offer. Unit has: Dishwasher, Coffee Maker, Ice Maker, Microwave, AC/Heater, Ceiling Fans, Laundry. Cleaning provider for an extra charge. Property is available to rent on a monthly basis. You can rent this fully furnished unit for 1 up to 10 months. All utilities included (gas, electricity, internet, garbage, water, sewer). Professional monthly cleaning required at least one time per month at a rate of $100. More frequent cleaning available upon request.
