No changes may be made to the unit without prior authorization from landlord. Parking is available on the street and in the driveway, but is not assigned. No pets over fifteen pounds allowed. Tenant is responsible for cleaning up after their pet and may not leave feces or droppings in common areas or in unit. A fee of 50 per month per pet will be added to the monthly rent.
