This 2 bedroom, 1.5 bath townhome is only 1.5 blocks (4-minute walk) from the beach! The main living area is bright and welcoming with a fully equipped kitchen, dining table for 6, huge sectional couch and in unit washer / dryer. The main floor also boasts a private patio where there are owner provided beach chairs. There is a cabinet full of games, perfect for those family game nights. Upstairs you will find a primary bedroom with a king bed, ceiling fan, plenty of storage, a Smart TV and private balcony perfect for enjoying your morning coffee. The second bedroom has two bunk beds, each boasting a double and a twin! That's a total of 4 beds for the kids to spread out. This room also contains a wall mounted TV. The unit is equipped with central air, high speed Wi-Fi, YouTube TV (120 live TV channels), one assigned parking spot and plenty of visitor parking. The community provides plenty of green space, a community pool, tennis courts and a quick 4-minute walk to the beach. We allow one small (under 25 pounds) dog, based on owner approval and pet fee. Pets brought on property without approval will be subject to a $500 penalty. Unit is available for short term or monthly rental November 28th through January 8th.
