Indulge in the pleasure of cooking in the well-appointed kitchen and relaxing in the living room by the warm fireplace. Work remotely at the provided desks if the need arises to check in at the office. Parking is available with two spots, but with convenient access to two nearby bus stops (1-minute walk/5-minute walk), there's no need to drive to the resort or town. Alternatively, enjoy a pleasant 15-20 minute walk to the gondola. For quick essentials, take a leisurely 10-minute stroll to Wild Plum, a small grocery store offering a wide selection of wines and ready-to-go food. MARCH lease only. Owner will pay utilities up to $200 a month for gas and electric. Owner will pay snow removal, water, trash, and 2 internet services. 2 parking passes come with the unit, and need to be hung in the vehicle. No smoking of any kind inside the unit. Discussion of an animal can be had.
