Amazing apartment, central downtown, two blocks to State St. and 6 blocks to the beach/Sterns Wharf. 3 good sized bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (one bedroom has a private bathroom, the other two bedrooms share the second bathroom) Washer and dryer included in the apartment The kitchen is very nice but VERY SMALL! The dining/living room is also TINY. Only enough room for a sofa and TV. The apartment configuration, which only has a tiny kitchen and tiny living room is a poor floor plan. You may want to use 1 of the 3 bedrooms as a living room. Or the apartment does not have (much of) a living room. But the 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms are nice, if you do not need a communal living room or communal kitchen. You can see, from the pictures that the apartment looks AWESOME. If you can live with a tiny living room and kitchen (limited communal area's), then this is the apartment for you! Thank you for your consideration.
