The Cozy Moose is a one bedroom one bath relaxing retreat. It is a mother-in-law apartment with a private entrance, attached to a beautiful home. It provides a fully equipped kitchen, WiFi accessibility, cable and a washer and dryer in the unit. For parties of three or four, a high quality pull-out mattress will be provided that can be set up in the living room. This is a winter rental available from October 1 to may 1 all leases are terminated on May 1, Owner pays all utilities, including Wi-Fi. First and last months rent due at signing. 1-6 month lease is available. Quiet time. 7:00 am-10:00pm
