Non smoking unit BUT IS ALLOWED ON OUR PRIVATE WRAP AROUND BALCONY . You must have a parking permit on your car (office will provide ). We will be adding a 65 inch smart tv to the living room Dec 2023 . I have rented to many wonderful people who have returned many times and would gladly tell you about Their experience renting from me, Because I really want your stay to be enjoyable and relaxing .
