Condo: This quiet 2 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, features high ceilings, large master bedroom walking closet and new hurricane windows. It is completely furnished with essentials plus more, from a full kitchen which includes toothpicks and spices to crockpots, blenders, beach chairs, beach towels and hairdryer, first aid kit and ring alarm, and Wi-Fi internet. You only need to bring yourself and your clothes. The unit has a washer and dryer off of the lanai. There is free parking under a carport. And then there is the amenities center...wow. Indoor gym, racket ball court, all purpose room with different activities, books for your pleasure. We have two community pools, the main pool has a jacuzzi. Closest Facilities and Attractions are within walking distance. Hospitals and shopping are nearby within a mile of unit. 2 baseball stadiums are each within 5 miles of condo. Rent includes water, Wi-Fi, electricity up to $100 per month. Tenant will pay any monthly overages of electricity used. Tenant will need to make an HOA required application and background check (unless renter has a recent background one, HOA may accept) and pay their fee (which was $150 in 2022). Monthly rent for long term leasing and pets for long term leasing may be negotiable. A $3000.00 security deposit is required upon signing of the lease and will NOT be placed in an interest-bearing account. Should tenant (s) terminate the lease prior to the contractual agreed date, the deposit will not be returned to the tenant. There is no smoking in or around the unit including on the Lanai. Tenant will be responsible for respecting the contents allotted to the tenants and any damages will be calculated and deducted from the deposit. Tenant will also respect the neighbors and neighborhood by agreeing to the By Laws, Rules and regulations of the Brookshire Village I Condo Association, a copy of these By Laws will be in the condo for review.
