This apartment is about 100 yards from Moss Cove, and only about twice that far from Woods's cove, which are some of the most beautiful coves in Laguna. The apartment has just been repainted, new flooring put down, and new cabinetry, so it would be hard to find a place that feels more fresh. The trolly and Laguna Local stop nearly in front. There is a shared laundry on site. No upstairs or down stairs neighbors. The owner lives on site, so as an example, if the washing machine breaks, the owner can't wash clothes either till it gets fixed. If a tree falls and takes out the power, his power is down, too. Good credit, positive rental history, and no smoking are required. The apartment is small, and only suitable for a single occupant. Rent includes conventional utilities: electricity, gas, water, trash. Does not include internet or phone. (despite what Zillow added elsewhere) The apartment doesn't have a stove. It has a refrigerator and microwave. So it's microwave, hotplate, toaster oven cooking, air fryer, crock pot, rice cooker cooking. The apartment is small and only suitable for a single occupant. No smoking of any kind. Good credit and positive rental history required. The apartment does not include overnight parking privileges. (You can park in the lot during the day. Street parking in front is generally easily available. ) Year lease. Pets are negotiable. I consider dogs as 4 legged residents. You have to convince me that the dog would be happy living here. The apartment has no private yard or balcony. Several residents have dogs living here happily, but most dogs won't be happy locked in an apartment all day while the owner works. I want everyone living here to be happy. If someone is unhappy, pretty soon their neighbors aren't happy also. Then pretty soon I won't be happy. Nobody ever complains about their neighbor being too quiet.
