AVAILABLE 10/20/23: Apartment 111 is a first floor newly renovated 1Bed/1Bath garden apartment located at 1100 S Broadway in Lantana FL. This unit has new hurricane impact windows, new vinyl plank flooring, fresh paint, central a/c with beautiful landscaping. Hampton House has 24/7 video surveillance and is in a safe and quiet neighborhood right near a police station, fire department, and shopping centers. There is a washer/dryer on the first and second floor. We are pet friendly, there's ample parking at the building, but no smoking inside the apartment. This is a 12-month lease, with the option to go on month-to-month once the lease expires. We collect rent through our property Management software called Buildium. All payments must be digital, and must be made on the 1st of every month. Tenants are responsible for their own electric (FPL) and water (Town of Lantana). It runs about $100 if you are careful and make sure everything is off when you leave the room. This property is family owned and operated. Our handymen are on call and take care of any and all maintenance requests. We take care of the extermination and air filters for the AC.
