There are cafes, coffee houses & breweries along Adams Ave. Each apartment has a designated parking space. There is a coin laundry on site for the residents. It is a well maintained building with responsive property management. The apartment is upstairs with a large living room, dining area, kitchen with stainless appliances (refrigerator & gas stove), original Red Oak cabinets with good counter space. The bathroom has quartz countertops, sink, toilet & shower/bath. The bedroom is spacious with a large, sliding, mirrored door. Owner pays for water throughout the building & the property, including the laundry room. Residents pay for their gas and electric usage inside their apartments and internet. The lease is for one year. If you choose to stay longer, your residency continues monthly. When you wish to vacate, you give a 30 day notice by mail and email. It is a non-smoking, no pets building, due to past residents with severe allergies. The building, including the apartments are well maintained. You are encouraged to contact the owner with any maintenance needs.
