Proof/recommendations of prior pet habits with previous tenancy will be considered. --Excessive barking or noise will be rejected due to HOA rules and regulations. --Pet deposit of $100 per pet, Renters insurance is required for some dog breeds that specifically cover dog bites and other injuries. --Unit has hard flooring on living area floors and carpet in bedrooms. There is no dedicated yard, and pet owners must clean up any pet waste in the shared unit yard that is 25 feet from unit entry, but unfenced and near the street.
