The apartment is a part of a thoughtfully maintained 4-unit building with abundant lawn space and storage. Wood and tile floors throughout, washer and dryer, 2 bedrooms and a living room, and 2 off-street parking spots. An externel storage unit is included. The other three units are great folks and great neighbors, a couple of families. The apartment is within close range of beaches, parks, bike path, and restaurants in Burlington's New North End, and also Colchester parks and services, including groceries and a drive-in movie theater. We as building owners are committed to providing a nice, well-maintained space and are seeking tenants who will be thoughtful of others in the building and will communicate well with us.
