This stunning home and sprawling grounds offer some of the best views of the Tetons. Full of Western art and charm, this home is luxurious and comfortable, and serves as the perfect home base for any Jackson Hole stay. The property includes 67 acres of land, with multiple creeks flowing through, private access to the Snake River, and miles of trails for hiking, snowshoeing, and cross country skiing. The home includes an on-site pasture and private arena, and renters may enjoy horseback rides through our outfitter. Additional amenities include a 12-person hot tub, multiple fire pits, a pickleball court, kayaks, stand-up paddleboards, lawn games, and more. There are 6 bedrooms in this home, each with ensuite full bathrooms. Each bedroom contains either a queen or king sized bed, and 3 of the bedrooms include additional day beds or trundle beds. Up to 14 adults can comfortably sleep in this space. In addition to the bedrooms, the home includes a family room, kitchen, 2 indoor dining spaces, 1 outdoor dining space, a luxurious great room, a game room, a conference room, and a movie room. There are multiple working fireplaces. At just 10 minutes from the airport, 15 minutes from downtown Jackson and the entrance to Grand Teton National Park, and ~35 minutes from the ski resort, this home is a perfect launching point for any adventure in the Jackson Hole area, year round. Owner pays for all utilities. Renters are responsible for any man-made damage that occurs to the home or the grounds during their stay. Minimum lease term is 1 month. Rental is available through 5/31/24. Medium-term rentals (2-3 months) are preferred. Renter must agree to the property rules - including (but not limited to): no smoking, no trespassing on neighboring properties, quiet hours, speed limits on private roads, etc. Renters may host small events on the property, but these may be subject to an additional fee and security deposit, and must conform to all county rules and requirements. Renters may opt-in to additional services, such as cooking, cleaning, and grocery delivery, at an additional cost.
