The bathroom is large and has a great vanity, a full size tub and lots of storage. No smoking. One cat OR dog negotiable @ $25/mo. Vet records and references required. If it is a dog, we must meet the dog. Off-street parking. Included: cold water, sewer, snow plowing, lawn care, trash/recycling. Resident responsible for: electric, propane heat, and cable/wifi (if desired). Rental Criteria: $25 background and credit check for anyone over the age of 18 that will be residing in the apartment Credit score of at least a 600 from one of the applications (or a cosigner) Rental history (or a cosigner) 1 year lease required Application Process: We always recommend viewing the property before putting in a rental application (but it's up to you)!
